To ensure you don’t lose access to your passwords, you must transfer them to the new manager before January 31, 2026. Only you can do this, as only you have access to them.
Important: starting January 31, 2026, you will no longer have access to your current passwords if you haven’t exported them. Once the Panda Dome Passwords platform is closed, the data cannot be recovered.

All your passwords and stored information in Panda Dome Passwords will be migrated, except credit card-related data. The information stored as identities or secure notes will be incorporated into the new manager as new passwords, including any additional information in the notes section.
Yes. Panda Dome Password Manager allows importing passwords from other managers. Simply select the corresponding template during the import process.
To migrate from Panda Dome Passwords, remember to use the .csv file exported from your old manager and the Panda Dome Passwords (old) template during import.
No. For security and confidentiality reasons, only you can perform the transfer. Your passwords are encrypted with your master key and only you can access them.
Yes. The process is performed securely, but it is very important that you delete the downloaded .csv file after completing the import to prevent it from remaining stored unencrypted.
You will be able to do so until January 31, 2026. After that, the old manager (Panda Dome Passwords) will no longer be available and you will not be able to access any passwords you haven't transferred.

Yes. Your passwords are encrypted locally before syncing. Your master key is never stored or sent to Panda servers.
For security reasons, Panda cannot recover or reset it. If you lose it, you will not be able to access your encrypted passwords. That’s why it’s very important to create a secure master password that is easy for you to remember, as only you will know it.
