Which data will be migrated from my old manager to the new one?

All your passwords and stored information in Panda Dome Passwords will be migrated, except credit card-related data. The information stored as identities or secure notes will be incorporated into the new manager as new passwords, including any additional information in the notes section.

Can I import my passwords from another manager?

Yes. Panda Dome Password Manager allows importing passwords from other managers. Simply select the corresponding template during the import process.
To migrate from Panda Dome Passwords, remember to use the .csv file exported from your old manager and the Panda Dome Passwords (old) template during import.

Can you transfer them for me?

No. For security and confidentiality reasons, only you can perform the transfer. Your passwords are encrypted with your master key and only you can access them.

Will my passwords be safe during the transfer?

Yes. The process is performed securely, but it is very important that you delete the downloaded .csv file after completing the import to prevent it from remaining stored unencrypted.

Until when can I transfer my passwords?

You will be able to do so until January 31, 2026. After that, the old manager (Panda Dome Passwords) will no longer be available and you will not be able to access any passwords you haven't transferred.

What happens if I don’t transfer them on time?

You will lose access to the passwords stored in Panda Dome Passwords. We recommend completing the transfer as soon as possible and before January 31, 2026.

What will happen to the old Panda Dome Passwords manager?

It will no longer operate starting January 31, 2026. We recommend transferring your passwords to the new Panda Dome Password Manager as soon as possible to avoid losing them.

Is it safe to store my passwords in the cloud?

Yes. Your passwords are encrypted locally before syncing. Your master key is never stored or sent to Panda servers.

What happens if I forget my master password?

For security reasons, Panda cannot recover or reset it. If you lose it, you will not be able to access your encrypted passwords. That’s why it’s very important to create a secure master password that is easy for you to remember, as only you will know it.

Are there support materials to help with the transfer process?

The process is simple and quick. You can follow the step-by-step guide, watch our videos, or contact our support team to help you through the transfer.

What should I do if I have problems during the transfer?
